RULES
THOU MUST BE CHILL - I’m looking for writing partners who have lives outside of RP. Ideally, folks with 9-to-5 jobs, hobbies, and other friends. I can’t commit to 24/7 attention, and I’m not looking for a real-life relationship. Please don’t expect me to be your sole source of entertainment or emotional connection.THOU MUST BE SOCIAL - I don't need our stories to be planned out a mile in advance, but I'm not really into "just wing it and hope it works" either. I want to make sure our characters at least have some common ground to work with before we begin, and I want to make sure that we get along too. If you’re not into chatting out-of-character at all, we probably won’t be a great fit.THOU MUST COMMUNICATE - Good communication and clear boundaries are essential. If something’s not working, we can tweak it. If certain themes are off-limits, I want to respect that. I value creative collaboration, flexibility, and emotional maturity above all else.THOU MUST PARAGRAPH -
In discord: I write multi-paragraph posts, usually five to seven when starting a story, and two to three on average during regular play. I’m looking for partners who can match that level of detail and engagement. One-liners just don’t work for me.In-game: The expectation is just a paragraph or two, as there's not as much time to ponder responses. One-liners are acceptable if they're necessary, but again, the devil's in the details.THOU MUST.. AU? - This one’s mostly for MMO writers: I prefer RP that exists in its own flexible timeline, separate from in-game events. This avoids time bubbles and posting pressure. You’re free to pursue other stories or romances with other players both in-game and out. We do not have an exclusive contract; I don’t expect to be your only writing partner regardless of where we're playing.
